Hello, your order left on 05/05, the tracking number does not yet appear on the database because sometimes the carrier does not scan the package as soon as it is handed over for distribution, unfortunately the delivery is made by a carrier service provider and once the package has been handed over we no longer have the power to speed up shipments, but we can confirm that it has been sent.

Sir, we haven't replied to you because we didn't receive your message, indeed on the product sheet it is indicated that the liquid is in 70/30 whereas the photo shows it in 50/50, however if the liquid doesn't suit you you can return it to us if it hasn't been opened and we will refund you in full or we can make an exchange for a liquid of your choice even if its value is higher than your purchase. No realistic description of the item "made in China" at 10 euros (previously sold for 3 times more, incomprehensible), instantly broke down. I contacted the store by phone and was told "you've bought a 10 euro item, don't expect anything special". 10 euros is an hour's work at minimum wage, and even at 10 euros, you can expect an item to work, otherwise you don't sell it. So I ask for a refund, I have to pay for the return, which they don't offer me even though their item doesn't work (so they could have offered me a free voucher, but you're a pigeonhole in a Parisian boutique), and in shipping costs alone I've paid more than the price of the item. Instead of refunding me, they're giving me a credit note, even though I took the trouble to write a handwritten explanatory letter after my phone call, but they didn't take it into account. A horror. Never again. And I want my money back, I don't want any credit!

Madam, you have purchased a basic product that does not necessarily correspond to your needs and is defective because the load did not hold, this happens the after-sales service has taken care of your request for return and as you asked us you did not want a return in exchange for the product but a refund which in this case the return is at your expense, In view of your comment, you apparently have a grudge against Parisian retailers, and you don't like the conditions for returning products. We're sorry, but these are our conditions, but a credit note has been generated to cancel the sale of the returned product (accounting obligation), and as you requested in your letter, this sum will be reimbursed on the credit card transaction you made.

Hello, I have already sent you an email. I was disappointed to take express delivery and only receive my order 5 days later. Hello, it's an error on our part, the logistics department used the wrong carrier, in fact the delivery times by chronopost are 24 to 48H as we indicate on the site, but it was sent by post, so we'll give you a credit for the chronopost delivery costs and for the booster we'll send you 70PG/30VG. Perfect reception of the order. I ordered 4 shotfills and 1 aroma. In the order, I had 1 shotfill date exceeded, normal I knew it with the purchase. The aroma had the right date, but the other 3 shotfills, the dates had disappeared, on 1 it was clear that someone had used a product to erase the date, and on the other 2 dates could not be found. So, 1st order and last.

Sir, we have just checked the history of your shipment and it is notified that it arrived today to be distributed during the day, your order was placed on Friday 5th at the end of the day and was therefore taken into account and sent on Monday 8th (no shipment on Saturday and Sunday), after which there is the delivery time which is 2 to 4 days or even longer if there are weather disruptions.

Rather long delivery ( one week) A liquid was missing in the parcel without any message of explanation of the site. Obviously a problem of provisioning, but the least of the things would be to warn or propose something at the time of the preparation of the order. The prices are relatively high compared to other sites, I personally ordered there JUST for the liquid which missed in the order..not chance.
