1/ Expensive 2/ Delivery times not respected as the order was only prepared after 48 hours. 3/ Unprofessional parcel, poorly packed, no protection for contents, cardboard box bulging, products were packed inside. 4/ Parcel with several shocks and damaged products. (5/ Expensive and no quality service (see above) and no goodies, sweets or free products to thank for a large order. In short, little chance of seeing me again... 6/ Bonus dissatisfaction: impossible to send a complaint from my mobile via the site form. Captcha error but no Captcha control offered. 7/ Waiting for after-sales service to return faulty products.

Hello, We're sorry that your shopping experience on our site didn't live up to your expectations. As far as prices are concerned, you received a 10% discount on your entire basket and an additional 10% loyalty discount to use on your next purchase, it's true that we're 24 hours and not 48 hours late on delivery times. Your order was validated at the end of the day, so it was taken into account the next day and not the same day, due to a high volume of orders at that time, We're surprised that the packaging wasn't compliant, as most of the products are protected by a box. Unfortunately, once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, it goes through the sorting center, the delivery drivers and the relay point, which means that the handling of the parcel can sometimes be rough, but we can assure you that it left our premises in good condition. After-sales service has sent you a returns slip so that you can exchange the faulty products.
