Sir, the cancellation was made at your request, we offered to send you 2 of the 5 bottles and reimburse you for the other 3, which you refused.
As we pointed out to you, the problem came from the bottling process: the bottles were not pierced, just badly resealed, which led to a leak. The manufacturing process for a bottle is not our responsibility, and we are not responsible for any shortcomings on the part of the manufacturers.
