No realistic description of the item "made in China" at 10 euros (previously sold for 3 times more, incomprehensible), instantly broke down. I contacted the store by phone and was told "you've bought a 10 euro item, don't expect anything special". 10 euros is an hour's work at minimum wage, and even at 10 euros, you can expect an item to work, otherwise you don't sell it. So I ask for a refund, I have to pay for the return, which they don't offer me even though their item doesn't work (so they could have offered me a free voucher, but you're a pigeonhole in a Parisian boutique), and in shipping costs alone I've paid more than the price of the item.
