We do take into account your opinion regarding delivery times, but there is one parameter that we cannot control: the carrier. La Poste does not guarantee deliveries in less than 48 hours, so delivery times can fluctuate, and events such as the yellow vest movement or bad weather can delay delivery. Best regards.

The site is good, the after-sales service much less so,a battery at 9 euros faulty but impossible to change, you have to go to the post office (difficult given my working hours), make the package, etc. ... while I am a loyal customer for several years and I have never sent anything back before.... Other sites like Philips, Amazon...are less fussy and more commercial, they only need a certificate saying that the faulty item has been destroyed. Hello, as we have already explained the vials are not open, however it is possible that some vials are not the same level, they are 60ml vials in total capacity but they are filled to 50ml to add a nicotine booster 10ml if you wish. In our stock there are vials filled to 51 or 52 ml or 49 but that's not our fault, if you take a sample of 40 bottles you're bound to find some in the batch that aren't all at the same level, the same applies to water bottles for example.
