I ordered 10 bottles. My account has been debited but the product is no longer available. So I was given a voucher which I don't know what to do with. I contacted customer service who told me to send an e-mail. Still no answer. Please help

I have placed an order. My account is debited and then I get an email: product unavailable. I'd like a refund but no reply from smok-it.
Now I have a voucher for over 150€ for a store that no longer carries the item I use.
