I've been smoking for over 6 years, and I've tested a number of sites. If I had to rate Smok-it, I'd give it an 18/20. Prices (sliding scale), fast delivery, careful packaging, quick turnaround (like delivery, I'm repeating myself), in short, I'm a first-rate complainer, so I couldn't find anything to complain about, and that bothers me because I like to have the last word, for want of reasons to criticize. You've got it, you've got to test this site to appreciate its advantages over many others that appear first on your search engine. Keep up the good work.

Item never received. Customer service informs me that there's nothing they can do and that I should have opted for delivery to a relay point rather than by Colissimo. Not bad for a first on this site!

Sir, the Colissimo carrier has informed us that your parcel has been delivered to a letterbox without a countersignature as you requested. We cannot be held responsible for parcels being stolen from recipients' letterboxes, as this is a time of year that generates a lot of disputes on this subject, which is why we have informed you that you have the option of having your parcel delivered to a parcel relay, which in this case requires a countersignature when the parcel is handed over.

The expiry date is not indicated on the bottles. Following this remark, I was told that I could return the products, but the return costs would be my responsibility. This is the first time I've had to deal with such poor after-sales service.

Sir, the date on the vials is a dluo date and not an expiration date (DLC), we have confirmed that the product is safe and perfectly vapable, and that if you had any doubts about the product you could return them to us, once received we would issue a credit note following this return.

Following this return you decided to cancel the order and obtain a refund, which we did as soon as we had your confirmation.

Sir, for your last but one order you placed your order on Monday evening 30/11, it was sent on 01/12 and you were delivered on 03/12, if you want deliveries in 24H we advise you to select the mode of transport chronopost, for the commercial gesture of your last order we validated you the fact of changing your products by others what you did even if the products which you selected were more expensive we took the difference of 3.50 for us, in terms of commercial gesture we don't see what you want more, we're not philanthropists.
