We understand your disappointment, but unfortunately these things happen, we can not control before sending the products, a box that does not turn on when commissioned that rarely happens, we offered the return of products and a refund will be made upon receipt.

The order arrived a week and a half later and I had paid for delivery within 3 days at 4.90. Finally I was given a credit note, I wouldn't recommend the store again, so it was ruined. And when I asked them if we couldn't find another solution, I was told, "We're already nice enough to give you a credit note.

We understand your dissatisfaction, but once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier our action remains very limited, in fact our deliveries are generally made in 3 days max, it happens that others are longer depending on the carrier's parcel processing flow at the time of delivery, To this end, we have offered you a refund of postage costs by means of a credit note. We did this as a commercial gesture, without your asking us to do so, but it didn't suit you, and unfortunately we can't do any better.
