Hello, we have checked the delivery of your shipment and according to the tracking it was delivered today in the mailbox, your email reached us today at 8:08 am we reply at 11:41 am we can not do faster, the sending in letter followed with was made for your order because in term of speed according to the volume of the order that was more appropriate but not of problem if the next time you indicate to us in colissimo imperatively your choice will be respected, for information the order with was placed Saturday 2 and it with was treated and sent the 4 (not of sending Saturday and Sunday).

Very good choice, quality products. Just one reservation about the speed of shipment: an order from France destination France took a week (Thursday to Thursday) to arrive. Of course in eco mode. But I have orders from Germany that arrive in 4 days, eco mode.

Fast navigation on the site, fast delivery despite an error in the address, in fact it was 21/37 rue de stalingrad instead of staligrad but the delivery was corrected by the post office so it arrived at its destination quickly.

The only thing that really disappointed me is that I placed my order on 6/11 I paid 4.90 € to be delivered in 3 days, but it was posted that 13/11 is 1 week after my order that I received in 10 days instead of 3 days! I find this unacceptable!

To clarify a few points, unfortunately we were affected by a delay in a supplier's order following a reorganization of postal collection that was imposed on us, as well as the public holiday that impacted the post office and its shipments. Hello, we have contacted the post office concerning your shipment, following which the parcel has been found and is on its way. As of 17/10, it was sorted on the departure platform, despite the fact that the parcel has been with them since 12/10, Once the parcel has been delivered, it is taken care of by the carrier. Unfortunately, routing is one of the parameters of delivery that we cannot control at this time. Delays of more than 4 days for national deliveries concern barely 1 in 100 orders. Yours faithfully

Sorry, I'm not happy with my package because I have a total of 10 blister packs, or 40 refills that are not chlorophyll despite the packaging and have a white tip. It's not the first time this has happened! I would like to have 10 new cartridges that are really chlorophyll please! And a commercial gesture wouldn't go amiss! Plus they all leak!!! It's true that the delay is long, but unfortunately this can happen during the summer months. Once the parcels have been handed over to the carriers, delivery depends on how busy they are, but we've just checked that it took 8 days, not 10.
