Hello, your parcel was supposed to be delivered today but due to the current strikes it has been postponed until tomorrow. Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, we cannot influence its delivery.

Unfortunately, at the end of the year, delivery times can be longer than usual. Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, we can no longer take any action concerning the delivery time.

Your parcel left our warehouse the day after you placed your order. According to the history, the parcel is still on its way. The delivery time we announce is not the same for international deliveries as it is for deliveries to France. For your country, it normally takes between 3 and 8 days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
