Company that collects payments, cancels the order without warning, no longer responds to emails or phone calls. My refund request, which was supposed to take 48 hours, is still pending after 15 days. No comment

Sir, we notified you by e-mail on the same day as your order to let you know that the liquids you ordered were no longer available. We immediately cancelled the bank transaction so that you would not be debited, we have checked the transactions for that day and it turns out that we did not receive the funds for your order due to the cancellation, If you have been debited, please send us the proof of debit by e-mail to our contact mailbox. We will make enquiries with our bank, we will reply to your e-mail. You left a last message dated 12/05 and we have replied to you, but for the telephone we have been cut off by ORANGE for 1 week, so for the moment we can only reply by e-mail.
