Delivery time not respected at all, I ordered 4 times on 2 other cam sites and the product was delivered the next day or even 3 days later. Now, it's been 3 days, and still no tracking number, no news... I contacted support and got a very brief reply of just a few words that didn't really explain the situation. I understand that with this health crisis it's harder, but in this case, warn the customer of a possible delay and don't leave him waiting with nothing... at least that's what I was taught in business management / and sales a few years ago.

Hello, you sent us a message at 19:48, our team being understaffed we can not respond to all messages in a timely manner, and you will understand that at present they are very numerous, we told you this morning at 9:56 that your order was leaving today, The situation, as you must know, is complicated when it comes to delivery times, and allow me to express my doubts about a delivery time of less than 3 days for Belgium for standard shipment, excluding chronopost, UPS or other express carriers. Delivery times of 2 to 3 days are for metropolitan France as a general rule, but this is an average delivery time (excluding periods of confinement), and is not guaranteed.
