Hello, as we told you in a previous email, you can send us the photo corresponding to your receipt, we will make a claim with colissimo and upon receipt of your photo we will send you the missing products. We send orders in good and due form by carrier, then the routing and handling of packages with these carriers are elements that we do not control, we resort only to claims to settle the dispute. This does happen, but it's quite rare.
