Sir, we notified you by e-mail on the same day as your order to let you know that the liquids you ordered were no longer available. We immediately cancelled the bank transaction so that you would not be debited, we have checked the transactions for that day and it turns out that we did not receive the funds for your order due to the cancellation, If you have been debited, please send us the proof of debit by e-mail to our contact mailbox. We will make enquiries with our bank, we will reply to your e-mail. You left a last message dated 12/05 and we have replied to you, but for the telephone we have been cut off by ORANGE for 1 week, so for the moment we can only reply by e-mail.

Hello, your order left on 05/05, the tracking number does not yet appear on the database because sometimes the carrier does not scan the package as soon as it is handed over for distribution, unfortunately the delivery is made by a carrier service provider and once the package has been handed over we no longer have the power to speed up shipments, but we can confirm that it has been sent.
