Hello, you place an order on Friday in the late afternoon and as it is stipulated on the site any order placed before 12 noon leaves the same day, but you placed it after this time, so the processing and shipment has been postponed to Monday, as we have clearly indicated on the site deadlines do not include Saturday and Sunday.

I will only give one star. I find it disgraceful to send an e-mail to tell me that my parcel has been dispatched and then wait 5 hours to tell me that a product is missing. Worst of all, they give me a credit note worth less than the product I paid for but which I won't get. I asked for a direct refund. One thing's for sure, I'll never order from them again!

Hello, we warned you because the last vial in stock was leaking, the credit in question is 11.61 in fact you had 10% promo code on your entire order and therefore on the product that was not sent which is 12.90 excluding 10% discount, with the discount that you paid 12.90 - 1.29 = 11.61, so you are reimbursed just what you paid. Now if you want your money back, there's no problem, you've made the request and it's been taken into account.
