We do take into account your opinion regarding delivery times, but there is one parameter that we cannot control: the carrier. La Poste does not guarantee deliveries in less than 48 hours, so delivery times can fluctuate, and events such as the yellow vest movement or bad weather can delay delivery. Best regards.

The site is good, the after-sales service much less so,a battery at 9 euros faulty but impossible to change, you have to go to the post office (difficult given my working hours), make the package, etc. ... while I am a loyal customer for several years and I have never sent anything back before.... Other sites like Philips, Amazon...are less fussy and more commercial, they only need a certificate saying that the faulty item has been destroyed.
