Ordered on Wednesday, received on Monday! An error in delivery......... I was afraid of the state of my cigarette, the package was rescotched, but not ..... Perfect! Tested only yesterday, so I can't give you a grade, to be seen..... It seems fine to me, except that the clermo is leaking through the ventilation holes. I'm going to take it apart to see if everything's properly installed. To be continued........

I placed an order at the beginning of August and they sent me an email saying that the last part was broken and that they would receive it on the 19th. So far, so good, but I should have received it within a fairly short timeframe. The person called me at home where he said he was sending it and that the part would arrive today, but still nothing. I'm very dissatisfied and I'd like them to send it to me as soon as possible because waiting just for an order at 5 euros or so is starting to take a long time. Thank you for rectifying the matter again.....

I find the delivery fast...very fast even compared to the site where I usually buy them... Too bad they are more expensive... Otherwise they would have had new loyal customers.... But I keep them under the elbow in case of emergency anyway...!!!!
