The site is good, the after-sales service much less so,a battery at 9 euros faulty but impossible to change, you have to go to the post office (difficult given my working hours), make the package, etc. ... while I am a loyal customer for several years and I have never sent anything back before.... Other sites like Philips, Amazon...are less fussy and more commercial, they only need a certificate saying that the faulty item has been destroyed. I won't be ordering any more electronics from smok it.

The site is easy to use, to create an account it only takes a few minutes I received my package 2 days after my order is rather fast I had ordered the kit ego aio and I was offered an e liquid as a gift in my package.I highly recommend this site.

Their website is full of errors on the product descriptions. They indicate some liquids in 50/50 and when I receive them it's actually 20/80 . When I inform them of the problem, there's nothing wrong with them. The e-mail replies are surprising. First and last order with themw

You alerted us to the fact that these liquids didn't have the same PG/VG ratio on the site as those you received, so we granted you a return at our expense, we couldn't do any better. For information, we had indicated 50/50 and you got them in 30/70 and not 20/80.
