Unfortunately, at the end of the year, delivery times can be longer than usual. Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, we can no longer take any action concerning the delivery time.

I am very satisfied with the tracking of my order. The last remaining copy was apparently defective. I was informed before shipment. I was given two options: order another item or get my money back.
