Hello, a package arriving damaged is due to the fact that the carrier has mishandled your package, we can not be responsible, nevertheless you have reported a missing 5 products and on your good faith without first requesting an investigation with colissimo we have credited you a credit for the value of the 5 missing vials, we would like to point out that out of 26 orders you have placed this is the first time this has happened.

I placed an order at the beginning of August and they sent me an email saying that the last part was broken and that they would receive it on the 19th. So far, so good, but I should have received it within a fairly short timeframe. The person called me at home where he said he was sending it and that the part would arrive today, but still nothing. I'm very dissatisfied and I'd like them to send it to me as soon as possible because waiting just for an order at 5 euros or so is starting to take a long time. Thank you for rectifying the matter again.....

Hello, sir, we took the liberty of calling you at home in order to resolve this problem of insult, we are a merchant on the WEB since 2013 and we have never had to manage this type of exchange, we understand your discontent following the announced delay of the provision of your product, but when you have goods blocked in customs it lengthens the delays, our products come from China it is an obligatory passage, nevertheless your pyrex leaves today 28/08 and should be delivered to you at the latest Friday 30/08.
