Easy to use, great choice of products, one small downside is that delivery sometimes takes longer than a week, which is a shame. But I think it depends on the day of the order. Having said that, some sites also deliver within 48 hours, free of charge, with a minimum order.

Hello, we understand the fact that your delivery took longer than expected, and we apologize, but due to the bad weather that week, the carriers were prohibited from driving for most of the week, which is why your delivery took longer than normal.

The packaging left much to be desired, was far too fragile and had been ripped open (the contents were visible). One wonders whether a postal agent had not planned to check whether the contents were to his liking.
