You can't give a mark of 0 otherwise I would have done it. Order placed last Sunday, shipped since Monday according to them... No parcel number associated and no return following my requests via the form and chat. Parcel not received to date and I had to buy a charger in store because delivery is so long To flee

Delivery was very fast and the products were exactly as ordered. The only problem was the way the vials were packaged. The order of 10 vials was placed in a box in 2 rows of 5. As a result, the envelope was too thick to fit in the letterbox and I had to collect my parcel from the post office. In 2 separate boxes of 5 it would have fit.
