The only thing that really disappointed me is that I placed my order on 6/11 I paid 4.90 € to be delivered in 3 days, but it was posted that 13/11 is 1 week after my order that I received in 10 days instead of 3 days! I find this unacceptable!

It's true that the delay is long, but unfortunately this can happen during the summer months. Once the parcels have been handed over to the carriers, delivery depends on how busy they are, but we've just checked that it took 8 days, not 10.
