No realistic description of the item "made in China" at 10 euros (previously sold for 3 times more, incomprehensible), instantly broke down. I contacted the store by phone and was told "you've bought a 10 euro item, don't expect anything special". 10 euros is an hour's work at minimum wage, and even at 10 euros, you can expect an item to work, otherwise you don't sell it. So I ask for a refund, I have to pay for the return, which they don't offer me even though their item doesn't work (so they could have offered me a free voucher, but you're a pigeonhole in a Parisian boutique), and in shipping costs alone I've paid more than the price of the item. Instead of refunding me, they're giving me a credit note, even though I took the trouble to write a handwritten explanatory letter after my phone call, but they didn't take it into account. A horror. Never again. And I want my money back, I don't want any credit!

Madam, you have purchased a basic product that does not necessarily correspond to your needs and is defective because the load did not hold, this happens the after-sales service has taken care of your request for return and as you asked us you did not want a return in exchange for the product but a refund which in this case the return is at your expense, In view of your comment, you apparently have a grudge against Parisian retailers, and you don't like the conditions for returning products. We're sorry, but these are our conditions, but a credit note has been generated to cancel the sale of the returned product (accounting obligation), and as you requested in your letter, this sum will be reimbursed on the credit card transaction you made.

Sir, we have just checked the history of your shipment and it is notified that it arrived today to be distributed during the day, your order was placed on Friday 5th at the end of the day and was therefore taken into account and sent on Monday 8th (no shipment on Saturday and Sunday), after which there is the delivery time which is 2 to 4 days or even longer if there are weather disruptions.

Sir, for your last but one order you placed your order on Monday evening 30/11, it was sent on 01/12 and you were delivered on 03/12, if you want deliveries in 24H we advise you to select the mode of transport chronopost, for the commercial gesture of your last order we validated you the fact of changing your products by others what you did even if the products which you selected were more expensive we took the difference of 3.50 for us, in terms of commercial gesture we don't see what you want more, we're not philanthropists.
