Fast navigation on the site but at the moment of validating the basket I had a fatal error and I contacted smok it to solve the problem twice at 7 days intervals. Despite everything the contact with smok it was fast for this problem. We will see in a few times if the problem returns.

From the transaction history it appears that the validation was refused because the identification of the buyer was not at the end of the validation process, in fact this happens when you confirm your purchase and you leave the page too soon it cancels the validation, to do this you must wait for an order confirmation email from the site before closing this page because only the order confirmation email indicates that the order has been validated.

As of 17/10, it was sorted on the departure platform, despite the fact that the parcel has been with them since 12/10, Once the parcel has been delivered, it is taken care of by the carrier.
