I received the order today but 3 of 4 falcons spilled about 1/4 of its contents on the trip... the package smelled very good on delivery... too bad! Everything was soaked!

Hello, we've taken note of your feedback. Our bottles are inspected before any order is dispatched, precisely to make sure they're not leaking. However, as soon as we hand them over to the carrier, we don't check the handling of the package, because if the package falls or is thrown around, as can unfortunately happen, the bottles' seal may be less effective.

Prices are higher than elsewhere, but they have items that are almost impossible to find on other sites. Shipping was not too fast, but delivery times are acceptable. Very nice and useful gift added to the package.
