Hello, we're sorry for your inconvenience, please send us a photo of the state of your delivery with the vials in question on our box [email protected] in order to notify our supplier and on the next order we'll send you one more, this happens very rarely with this type of vial and unfortunately we can't check the vials one by one.

Bjr , I have a little problem with the delivery time : Ordered on 09-12 , Received on 14-12 !!! I think it could have been better in terms of delivery time .

We do take into account your opinion regarding delivery times, but there is one parameter that we cannot control: the carrier. La Poste does not guarantee deliveries in less than 48 hours, so delivery times can fluctuate, and events such as the yellow vest movement or bad weather can delay delivery. Best regards.

The site is good, the after-sales service much less so,a battery at 9 euros faulty but impossible to change, you have to go to the post office (difficult given my working hours), make the package, etc. ... while I am a loyal customer for several years and I have never sent anything back before.... Other sites like Philips, Amazon...are less fussy and more commercial, they only need a certificate saying that the faulty item has been destroyed. I won't be ordering any more electronics from smok it.

SUPER PURCHASE, delivery in accordance with the purchase. Instructions in English and Chinese and little explanation on assembly and use. Too bad, adding a French instruction manual would not be a luxury thank you you tube.
