Easy to use, great choice of products, one small downside is that delivery sometimes takes longer than a week, which is a shame. But I think it depends on the day of the order. Having said that, some sites also deliver within 48 hours, free of charge, with a minimum order.

Hello, the photo shows the product in a box of 3 and not 5, but we point out that they are sold individually, you can imagine that 5.90 for 5 or 3 resistors is not possible, it is not even our purchase price.

bonjour , peut être il faudrait revoir l'emballage d'envoi car les produits était bien la mais 2 opercule de resistance un peu ouvert , rien de mal et carton du liquide un peu amoché bref il serait peut être plus judicieux d'emballer tous sa dans une boite en carton .

My order arrived 6 weeks later, in 2 packages. The first package was empty. The packaging had been opened (customs? post? other?). Basically, I received a shredded envelope with 5 samples of an aroma so bad for my taste that I threw them away. The 2nd arrived 1 week later. It would be nice if delays were announced at the time of ordering, and not when payment has been made and a "reasonable" delay has already passed.

Hello, we agree with you about the delay, you should know that liquids or materials coming from abroad go through the French customs, it happens very often especially at the end of the year that there are controls, in the case of your liquids we had a delay of 2 weeks because of a control, this unfortunately we can not predict, For the first shipment, you did not make any reservation or refused the parcel due to its poor condition. Following the missing item, we opened an investigation in order to obtain compensation.
