Hello, it may not be explained on the site that the processing time is longer for a payment by check, but it is normal that we take precautions following the cashing of a check on a distance selling and especially respect the 14-day withdrawal period.

A small delay in delivery due to an unspecified shortage, but nothing serious. I contacted customer service, who replied very quickly and transparently (the supplier was a little late with one of my products). Having been very well received in the store (La Motte Piquet) and always finding great products, I have very little to reproach Smok-It for. I recommend them and will order from them again.
