We're sorry for the delay, unfortunately the delivery times were lengthened during the confinement period which started on 28/10, the carriers having been overwhelmed with parcels were not able to honor all deliveries within a reasonable time, once the parcel is handed over to the carrier we can do nothing more, moreover the holiday also slowed down the delivery.

"2/3 day delivery" more than a week's wait, let's go over it because of the covid. i had ordered 3 flavours, one of them wasn't the right one, but a different flavour doesn't bother me just that it was 3mg nicotine instead of 20mg so GOOD that's a problem. i know i could have sent it back but considering how long i waited to receive it...
