The order arrived a week and a half later and I had paid for delivery within 3 days at 4.90. Finally I was given a credit note, I wouldn't recommend the store again, so it was ruined. And when I asked them if we couldn't find another solution, I was told, "We're already nice enough to give you a credit note.

We understand your dissatisfaction, but once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier our action remains very limited, in fact our deliveries are generally made in 3 days max, it happens that others are longer depending on the carrier's parcel processing flow at the time of delivery, To this end, we have offered you a refund of postage costs by means of a credit note. We did this as a commercial gesture, without your asking us to do so, but it didn't suit you, and unfortunately we can't do any better.

I bought 50 ml of e-liquid " Collossus" from Cyclop Vapor, but it doesn't have at all the same color and smell as the one I bought a few years ago in a 30 ml bottle.ready to vaper. Hello, we do not work directly with the brand and we have not experienced the product in 30ml, it is possible that the 50ml version is not concentrated as the 30ml version, in fact many brands offer versions 50ml 0mg without that it is necessarily boosted in flavor, and to our knowledge there is no concentrated flavor on this brand.
