Unfortunately, my experiences with Smok-it have not been positive. The order from 4-11 has not yet been shipped. Shipping ticket has been created but not yet transferred to the carrier. Ordered before 12 noon, shipped the same day, as Smok-it describes, so it's a no-brainer. I will only order from Smok-it if I can't get the gear I want anywhere else.

As far as prices are concerned, you received a 10% discount on your entire basket and an additional 10% loyalty discount to use on your next purchase, it's true that we're 24 hours and not 48 hours late on delivery times. Your order was validated at the end of the day, so it was taken into account the next day and not the same day, due to a high volume of orders at that time, We're surprised that the packaging wasn't compliant, as most of the products are protected by a box. Unfortunately, once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, it goes through the sorting center, the delivery drivers and the relay point, which means that the handling of the parcel can sometimes be rough, but we can assure you that it left our premises in good condition. After-sales service has sent you a returns slip so that you can exchange the faulty products.
