Hello, the fact that the shipment was made by registered mail has no impact on a leaking vial, in your case it's a bottling problem in the factory, the shipment would have been in cardboard box you would have had the same disappointment, following that we send you a new bottle.

Delivery time not respected at all, I ordered 4 times on 2 other cam sites and the product was delivered the next day or even 3 days later. Now, it's been 3 days, and still no tracking number, no news... I contacted support and got a very brief reply of just a few words that didn't really explain the situation. I understand that with this health crisis it's harder, but in this case, warn the customer of a possible delay and don't leave him waiting with nothing... at least that's what I was taught in business management / and sales a few years ago.

We send orders in good and due form by carrier, then the routing and handling of packages with these carriers are elements that we do not control, we resort only to claims to settle the dispute.
