Hello, we have contacted the post office concerning your shipment, following which the parcel has been found and is on its way. As of 17/10, it was sorted on the departure platform, despite the fact that the parcel has been with them since 12/10, Once the parcel has been delivered, it is taken care of by the carrier. Unfortunately, routing is one of the parameters of delivery that we cannot control at this time. Delays of more than 4 days for national deliveries concern barely 1 in 100 orders. Yours faithfully
