Ordered on Wednesday, received on Monday! An error in delivery......... I was afraid of the state of my cigarette, the package was rescotched, but not ..... Perfect! Tested only yesterday, so I can't give you a grade, to be seen..... It seems fine to me, except that the clermo is leaking through the ventilation holes. I'm going to take it apart to see if everything's properly installed. To be continued........

Hello, the delivery time is a parameter that we can not control, depending on the postal flow and regions concerned orders are delivered between 24h and it goes up to 6 days, as soon as you asked us the information of your order tracking we provided you with the tracking number. We do take into account your opinion regarding delivery times, but there is one parameter that we cannot control: the carrier. La Poste does not guarantee deliveries in less than 48 hours, so delivery times can fluctuate, and events such as the yellow vest movement or bad weather can delay delivery. Best regards.

The site is good, the after-sales service much less so,a battery at 9 euros faulty but impossible to change, you have to go to the post office (difficult given my working hours), make the package, etc. ... while I am a loyal customer for several years and I have never sent anything back before.... Other sites like Philips, Amazon...are less fussy and more commercial, they only need a certificate saying that the faulty item has been destroyed. I won't be ordering any more electronics from smok it.

The product is what I expected, but the 2-3 day delivery is more like 5-6 days! And 24h in store is more like 2-3 days. Apart from that, the customer service is there, but without making any commercial gesture or just fulfilling the contract!

Hello, you placed an order on Saturday at 10am for a store delivery, the 24H deadline can not be met for the same day and even less for a provision on Sunday because the store is closed, then you ask for a delivery point withdrawal (without paying postage), request was made, the delay following this sending was longer than usual we admit it but we do not control the routing of packages.
