My package arrived open and of course nothing inside!! I tried to contact the site and no sign of life... I would have liked a commercial gesture or a second shipment but no response.
Quality products, well packaged and fast shipping
I saved a handbag with the color - I am thrilled! From the thoughtful - drip-proof - closure of the bottle to the quick drying of the color to the opacity - simply great! The use on real leather worked wonderfully, now I just need the sealing and I can use the bag again.

Super products sold by very professional young French people from the southeast. Perfect for changing the color or renovating a pair of sneakers, a bag, a suede or leather belt accordingly.
Everything is fine regarding the products. I was able to do my first shoe painting and I think I did quite well. It gave me ideas for future projects. However, a follow-up email was necessary for the package to be shipped. But since we were in the Christmas period, maybe that explains it... I will not hesitate to recommend in any case.

Sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our paint, particularly regarding the number of coats. Because we write everywhere on our site that it takes 2 to 4 coats to cover and achieve an even finish depending on the color. It should be noted that the brushes used are also important and I see that you only took 2 paints, without a brush or a stripper.
Indeed, another important point to achieve a quality result, which we also mention everywhere, is the preparation of the surface before applying the paint.
Don't hesitate to try again while following all our instructions and then change your opinion if the result is different (and it will be).

I took a leather and fabric dye bottle to recolor the canvas of my espadrilles (raspberry color). It's a total success. I diluted the solution to about 50% and applied it to the canvas with a brush. Very easy to do. I then applied the second coat. The result is superb, it doesn't run or drip either, it looks like they are new. Now we just have to see how it holds up over time. Cleaning the tools with water is very easy. I am delighted with my purchase, plus the price is great.

The bottle had leaked in the reception bag. The product applies easily. The color (navy blue) is a bit different from the original color of my shoes but the result suits me. After a walk in the rain, the dye did not budge.

I am very satisfied with the products, I bought quite a large quantity. However, there are some bottles that must have a manufacturing defect because the mixing ball gets stuck in the opening, blocks the hole and in the end it explodes and makes a mess... out of 10-15 bottles I had the problem 3 times
Sincerely sorry once again, we will replace the jars that exploded everywhere.

Shipment via DPD did not work. We were able to track it until Duisburg, and we could also see the address of the pick-up shop there. However, DPD ultimately returned the parcel for no obvious reason. I contacted Sneakarts via email requesting replacement, awaiting their response.
