Very satisfied with the in-store welcome, the products, and the usage advice. However, a small downside, despite having left you a model for the shade, the product you provided me is a little lighter than the original shade, not too bothersome as I only treated a well-defined area hoping that time will slightly darken it.

Thank you for your feedback. Choosing a shade remotely is indeed delicate: the rendering of colors varies depending on the screen, lighting, and photo, so relying solely on the online color chart or a photo does not guarantee an exact match.
For a reliable shade, the best solution remains sending a physical sample (we then create a custom shade from it), or alternatively the RAL color chart with 216 colors, which is more precise than the paper color chart.
Feel free to contact us directly, we will be happy to assist you in finding the right shade.

Great products. It's a shame that there is a bit of confusion on the site regarding the instructions, I think it's due to the translation from French/Italian. I would like there to be the possibility of direct dialogue with a technician to guide more clearly on the use of the various products that seem more than great.
