SOFOLK offers a consistently positive experience with a wide range of products that customers praise for effective renovation outcomes, precise shade matching, and easy, clear application. Customers highlight helpful and professional customer service, fast and reliable delivery, and detailed guidance that leads to results like seats and sofas looking like new. The product line is described as exceptionally effective for various leather and vinyl repairs, with multiple mentions of excellent results, durable finishes, and satisfaction across different projects. Overall, the store is experienced as reliable, well-supported, and capable of delivering high-quality renovations.
The delivery times are quite long, compared to what a professional might need.. The material is excellent and the tutorials are more than sufficient to understand how to use it, but the color chart is quite inaccurate and not very helpful for a clear identification of the color to choose.

The leather renovation side is impressive, but the received color is very disappointing. It's a shame that the explanations regarding the choice of dye and the base color of the leather are not clearer.

Response from SOFOLK | Renovation-du-cuir.fr
We are sorry to hear that the received color did not meet your expectations. To achieve the most accurate shade possible, we always recommend sending a small sample of at least 1 cm² or a removable element so that we can reproduce the color as closely as possible. If this is not possible, it is preferable to order our SOFOLK color chart or to provide a color reference from a known color chart.
We understand that choosing a color can be delicate, and we strive to provide clear instructions to assist our customers in this process. If you need further assistance in adjusting the color or for any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to help you achieve the best possible result.

The blue is not very dark, it's more of a gray-blue, too bad. The customer service is great!

The product is very effective, my shoes look like new. One downside is that I ordered an anthracite gray and the result is a medium gray, not anthracite at all.

0: Everything is correct except that the shade chosen from the color chart, well in the end the one I received is lighter than the seat and the chosen shade is different.

1: Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the color provided is not exactly identical to that of your support. Choosing a color from a color chart is a tricky exercise that rarely provides full satisfaction if one wants a perfectly identical color, unfortunately. Next time, try to provide us with a sample, and we will then be able to reproduce a shade that is perfectly compliant!

The videos give a good understanding of product application. The computerized color chart, on the other hand, is difficult to understand. There's a huge discrepancy between the visuals on the site and the paper color chart sent out. As an interior designer, I'm used to working with computer color charts, and yours is really misleading.

the color doesn't really match the one on your site, I wanted brown, I had chosen reference 63, and the finish is more orange, not ugly but not what I wanted.

Product seems to hold up well but the color is too light, to be seen over time. Had to use covers to separate fabric and imitation, so not very easy.

Very good products, I renovated my leatherette office chair, it's like new!
The only problem was that I had to order repair tubes several times. I had started with 2 but had to order 2x 2 other tubes.
