Hello, I'm disappointed with the product, it doesn't work. Please explain to me how to make sebum marks disappear on a sofa.

Response from SOFOLK | Renovation-du-cuir.fr
Hello, the sebum cleaner is used to extract the grease encrusted in your leathers. This step is essential for repairing/recoloring. However, you should be aware that in many cases, the grease deposit has damaged the paint, which is no longer recoverable, and recoloring is necessary. We invite you to contact our teams to finalize your project. The Sofolk team.

navigation on the site is sometimes a little difficult (for me, I'm always looking for products (coloring or other) for ideas that are a little unique), but I have very valuable advice to help me realize my ideas, the staff is very attentive, listens carefully and frankly, for my part, I really recommend it.
