Following a small complaint, the sales department gave me a roller and a jar of finishing oil, which they graciously added to my delivery: I really appreciated this generous gesture!

The site is very easy to navigate, and the various sections are clearly laid out. Delivery times are respected, despite the difficult economic climate. Very good telephone reception. I particularly appreciated the availability and friendliness of the staff, who didn't hesitate to take the time needed to inform us about the renovation procedures. In conclusion, I'm particularly satisfied with the results obtained on my sofa and armchairs, and I won't hesitate to recommend you!
