Navigation and search = very easy to access, well explained! Easy to understand. I treated 2 armchairs, 1 of which was very marked so I used all the products. Then the new sofa was cleaned and nourished! On the other hand, you don't really know how much is needed, so I "bought too many products... hoping they won't expire too quickly.

By mistake, when I bought the seat renovation kit, I omitted the fact that there were no leather parts in it. When I realized this on receipt of my order, I called customer service, who were able to reassure me and 48 hours later I had the kit and was able to renovate my driver's seat with 5 ***** satisfaction.
