Very good product, leather armchairs like new.. Small downside, instead of the brown/beige color, I ended up with mustard-colored armchairs! Otherwise, excellent product.

No, I am really not satisfied. I think we do not have the same vision of caramel color!!! So your products ended up in the trash and my steering wheel is horrible. Had to buy a steering wheel cover for 31 euros extra.!!!!!!!!

As indicated in our user manual, it is always recommended to test the color on a small discreet area before applying it to the entire steering wheel, precisely to avoid this type of unpleasant surprise. If you had contacted us before the complete application, we could have easily proceeded with a color exchange.

This phenomenon is generally due to insufficient surface preparation or the presence of grease in some areas. Natural fat prevents proper adhesion and drying of the dye, thus causing the sticky feeling.
To resolve the situation, we recommend that you:
Thoroughly clean the affected areas with the Sofolk Sebum Cleaner,
a powerful degreaser specifically designed to eliminate ingrained grease.
If the leather is heavily contaminated, complete the treatment with the Absorbent Sebum Powder,
which works deeply to absorb residual fats.
Once the leather is perfectly degreased and dry, apply the Sebum STOP
to permanently eliminate the sticky effect and restore a healthy surface before any touch-ups.
