Excellent customer service! Their products are also very good, I was able to recover a leather armchair that would have gone to the garbage bin!

The videos allow you to see how to carry out the repair and understand the various steps involved. But I haven't yet had the time to carry out the repair, due to a busy schedule, and the car being indispensable and operational. No spare seat!

Site clear enough to find the product reference you need. Relatively fast delivery (more than enough: next-day or 48-hour delivery is usually pointless and just a whim). Just what you'd expect from an online retailer. Reliable without being a delivery slave.
