Good morning, They’ve been our supplier for 20 years, and we can confirm that in all that time we’ve NEVER had any problems. Recently, since they switched to ChronoPost for their courier service, there’s been a real improvement in delivery times. Very bad review. The reason: you entered a WRONG ADDRESS. You indicated "Route de Nice" instead of "Route de Lucioles". I absolutely had to pick up the package today at the latest (31.03) for an event. CHRONOPOST is unable to change the address you entered (manually?). The package will be returned to you. I request a refund for this order.

- Order placed: on 26/03/26 at 18:52 (Express Delivery).
- Shipping: your package left our warehouses on 27/03/2026 at 16:06. An error did indeed slip into the entry of part of the address.
- Following your request for an address change on 30/03/2026, we immediately joined our efforts with yours by also contacting the carrier. This double intervention allowed for the effective update of your details by their services on the same day, as early as 11:04.
- Receipt: your package was indeed received on 31/03/2026 at 10:48.
Thus, the package was able to be delivered to you on time for your event, respecting your imperative deadline of March 31.
