Good morning, They’ve been our supplier for 20 years, and we can confirm that in all that time we’ve NEVER had any problems. Recently, since they switched to ChronoPost for their courier service, there’s been a real improvement in delivery times. I’d recommend them to anyone: they’re efficient, fast and reliable at every stage of the order process.

The product is very good and practical. But: Even though the shipment comes from France, a delivery time of over 14 days is simply too long. However, the friendly correspondence was a small compensation.

You placed your order on May 12th and received your package on May 26th.
The extended Ascension Day weekend in France (May 14th-17th) led to a slight delay in our usual delivery times. Our company was closed during this period, and the transport companies also had an increased volume of shipments, which affected the delivery times.

Very bad review. The reason: you entered a WRONG ADDRESS. You indicated "Route de Nice" instead of "Route de Lucioles". I absolutely had to pick up the package today at the latest (31.03) for an event. CHRONOPOST is unable to change the address you entered (manually?). The package will be returned to you. I request a refund for this order.

- Following your request for an address change on 30/03/2026, we immediately joined our efforts with yours by also contacting the carrier. This double intervention allowed for the effective update of your details by their services on the same day, as early as 11:04.
- Receipt: your package was indeed received on 31/03/2026 at 10:48.
Thus, the package was able to be delivered to you on time for your event, respecting your imperative deadline of March 31.
