Good site. I quickly found what I was looking for. However, I don't understand, because I couldn't order more than 10 items, the site told me there were none left in stock and today, there is stock again.

Hello,
At the time of your purchase, we only had these ten candle holders in stock, but we were restocked the next day with 50 additional pieces by our manufacturer
I hope I have answered your question :)

My order arrived incomplete: it was missing the set of 3 sieve tips 9371920 and the opaque white powder 9370001. This without a note or refund

Hello,
I am sorry for this preparation error. Unfortunately, you did not contact us to inform us of this missing item, as it is of course a human error and not a calculated act, which is why there was neither note nor refund accompanying your package
I will proceed with the refund of these 2 missing references
best regards

The delivery was fast and the ordered lampshade frame was as described. Everything is fine. I would gladly buy there again. The shop is recommended.

Hello, I do not understand this review, given that we exchanged several times on October 20, 21, 22, and 25, 2021, both before and after the creation of this review.

I found what I was looking for, a bit expensive for shipping costs, even a shipment via Mondial Relay is charged more than what is charged to an individual for the same service...

Delivery costs to Belgium are excessive

Response from Soledi ArtDeco
Hello Madam, I am saddened to read this review, given that this is your 4th purchase in 1 month. It is true that we ship from France and that you should have chosen a shipment via Mondial Relay instead of Colissimo, as the rates are clearly noted in your cart when choosing delivery. Unfortunately, we are dependent on the rates applied by these different service providers.
