Navigation on the site ok, customer service: didn't need to contact; shipping maybe a bit long but reasonable given the current context. Undoubtedly, however, reception and packaging are correct, preparation and control are perfectly taken care of.

Hello, you were informed during your order that our company was closed for the year-end holidays by several messages displayed in the cart! That's why you were able to use the discount code that had to be entered after reading the absence message! The package was shipped on 01/04, as soon as the store reopened. Regarding the tracking emails, please check your spam, as the emails for receipt, validation, preparation, and shipment of the order are automatically sent with each status change. Best regards, Sophie

I haven't received my package.... what can I do and say? I sent a message to mondial relais...

Response from Soledi ArtDeco Published on 17/11/2022

Hello, I am really sorry for this bad rating, which questions our professionalism, while it concerns an issue with the relay point. A simple call or email would have allowed me to clarify things for you. However, as of today, I see that you received your package at the PRESSING DE LA BAISE relay point on 12/11/22 at 16:39; Mondial relay sent me the proof of signature. As a seller, we reacted quickly to your order placed on 07/11 at 18:45 and shipped on 08/11 at 10:45.

Good evening, I received my order in good condition and quite quickly.. I would have liked to be informed by SMS of the delivery date but the delivery person left it at the door and sheltered, so perfect and thank you.

Hello, we just checked the videos of the preparation and shipping of your order and I do not understand your comment... the plastic balls were packaged under blister as well as in soft paper, all shipped in a double-walled cardboard box. Disrespectful?? Thank you in advance for giving me more explanations.

the product is very good the only downside is at the level of delivery at the merchant who did not have my name registered, I showed him the code that was noted in my phone, still nothing, she went to check in her reserve and my package was there, before giving it to me she had to enter (a code??) she couldn't do it so she made me sign and left, she told me it's really complicated with them!!! (the delivery site) if I have to order from you again, too bad I will pay to have it delivered to my home!!! with GLS it's always impeccable!!!

Very pleasant phone reception, effective stock alert for new availability, and fast delivery in suitable packaging.
Only downside: the Wishlist is not intuitive. It does not show how to be informed of a restock, you have to search another page to find where to click. If I hadn't known that this feature exists, I wouldn't have looked for it further.
Despite this, very conclusive experience in the end.
