Very good. The colors looked brighter and more contrasting in the photo. But otherwise very happy with the purchase and delivery.

The item you ordered arrived on March 1st.
The size of the product was displayed as 20 mm or less, but it was different.
21 mm: 190 pieces
2 connected pieces: 2 pieces
Fragment: 1 piece
The quality control is not good.
The size according to the standard was 53.4%.
All 500g of the same batch are subdivided and do not meet the standards.
The price is too high.
I am satisfied with the deep blue color.

Having bought 5 white metal circles, I am a bit disappointed that the white coating of 3 circles is partially defective. I will keep them anyway as I can't find them elsewhere.

Fast delivery but the invoice does not match the delivery, one item is missing and I have no information if it will be shipped later or not at all.

Satisfied with my order delivery, fast and compliant. Minus one star for the price which for 120g could have been cheaper.

Response from Soledi ArtDeco
Hello,
it is surprising that you cannot reach us, as we are available from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm by phone, on chat and Instagram until 8 pm, and of course by email,
moreover, we listen to the answering machine every morning. Since this is a complaint, I would appreciate it if you could send me by email the photos of the broken ball, to [email protected]
Looking forward to your reply,
Best regards,
Sophie

My order arrived incomplete: it was missing the set of 3 sieve tips 9371920 and the opaque white powder 9370001. This without a note or refund

Response from Soledi ArtDeco
Hello,
I am sorry for this preparation error. Unfortunately, you did not contact us to inform us of this missing item, as it is of course a human error and not a calculated act, which is why there was neither note nor refund accompanying your package
I will proceed with the refund of these 2 missing references
best regards

I found what I was looking for, a bit expensive for shipping costs, even a shipment via Mondial Relay is charged more than what is charged to an individual for the same service...

Easy site and timely delivery without problems. Subject announced with base like for the large Eiffel Tower but the base is not there
Otherwise nice subject a bit expensive anyway; I will cover it with sequins, I let you imagine the total cost! Unsellable just the pleasure of treating myself
