After verification, your order was indeed processed within the announced deadlines, namely 48 working hours. The mentioned Friday corresponded to May 8, which is a public holiday, and therefore cannot be considered a delivery day.
Moreover, a delivery attempt did take place the following Monday, but your establishment being closed (business delivery), the package was delivered on Tuesday, as soon as it reopened. This information is also visible in the carrier's tracking.
Regarding shipping costs, they correspond to the standard delivery method offered on our site, without a specific option for guaranteed date delivery.
We understand that this may have caused confusion, but the deadlines were indeed respected on our part. We remain at your disposal if you wish to discuss this further.

Each intervention leads to a new logistical process and an automatic delay in delivery times. Carriers, like any human organization, require a minimum of stability to ensure smooth delivery.

Under these conditions, the delay cannot unfortunately be attributed to a processing fault on our part, but rather to the succession of modifications requested after shipment.

Hello, I am sorry for this bad experience, however, we have no complaint from you, whether by email, phone call or social networks and moreover, after checking with customer service, no return of a defective frame. I can confirm that 98% of our customers have a positive experience with our store, as we try to ship the same day and respond to messages within 24 hours. Unfortunately, the fact that you respond to a review 3 weeks after sending it; prevents us from verifying the preparation and quality of the packaging, as our videos are automatically deleted after 15 days. Hello, I am sorry that you apparently received an insufficient quantity of eggs. I can neither confirm nor deny your complaint as you received the batches 7 weeks ago, we do not keep the videos that long... We prepare, pack and seal these bags manually, which does not devalue the quality of the product, it is regrettable to give a bad rating and talk about lack of trust, for the reason that we do not seal these bags... A simple call 7 weeks ago asking for the sending of the 2 missing eggs would have sufficed. We would have done it without discussion, as human error is possible.
