I don't know it perfectly but I intend to consult it again regarding the processing of my order, the deadlines were perfect. I hesitated to order because of the shipping costs which make the product more expensive compared to stores but they were out of stock and would only be restocked in February/March.

Disappointed by 1 - Message left on the site, no response. 2- Among the thermoformable foam sheets ordered in 2 mm, one or two were only 1 mm. 3- I was supposed to be delivered in two working days (I paid a little over 7 € for this service), I was delivered in three days.

It is difficult to choose the paint because they are all on the same page with the paints for fabric or others.

Hello, I am completely satisfied with the order and delivery times. The only small downside (but not too serious) is the fact of not being notified by SMS (even though we provide the phone number) about the arrival of the order, especially when the delivery point changes location. I don't check my emails every day and, for some, this can be inconvenient. But, I repeat, I am completely satisfied. Just improve the email info. Thank you
